馬浮蝶愛睡覺
我們是在太平溪畔的阿美馬當部落 ,所以這也是馬浮蝶命名的由來
以阿美族語"去睡覺"為意,音譯為馬浮蝶Mafut'e
也是希望來住的客人可以有個很棒的休息空間
About Mafut'e Hostel
Next to the Tai-Ping River and facing to the Pacific Ocean,
Mafut'e is located in an aboriginal tribal
community of Amis (the largest population of aboriginal tribe in Taiwan).
In Amis tribal language,
"Mafut'e" means "Going to Sleep", by which we are wishing our guests having a nice sleep and dream here in our hostel.

A Private Ensuite Double Bed Room with window, air-conditioned.
We keep the color tiles of the bathroom to remain the
80's nostalgic design.
單人入住每晚800元,雙人住宿每晚1200,不分假日平日,春節另計
皆有日本品牌變頻冷氣空調
For Single Occupancy of Mountain Room, NTD800 per room per night.
For Double occupancy of Mountain Room, NTD1200 per room per night.
Room rates are good for year round except the week of Chinese New Year.

Ocean Room (4 Bed Mix Dorm with Japanese Floor and Futon style)
A spacious room in Blue color with Japanese Floor and Futon style. For the comfort of stay in this mix dorm, maximum capacity for Ocean Room is 4 Adults in share basis.
NTD500 per person per bed.
Room Rates are good for year round except the week of Chinese New Year.

You may consider to rent the whole house in the deal of NTD3600 per night.
The Rent-The-House Package will include
-Breakfast for max of 6 people

-Ocean Room is designed for the use of Meditation practice, Yoga Practice and so one.
-Good for party of 6 travelling together.
For any extra person exceeding 6 people in the house, NTD300 will be charged
per person per night.
However,
we suggst that 10 people are the maximun use of the entire house for the comfort of
your stay.

Theme of October- The tranquility of your body & mind
Day 1 (8Oct) 14:00 Welcome to Mafute Hostel. Rest a while in Mafute
Let’s take a bus to the quiet countryside of Taitung, for a pleasant bicycle tour around the greenery of the tea farm.
Day2 (9Oct) 06:00, Before breakfast, the chanting of India wakes our body up
for a wonderful beginning of the day! Healthy fruits & vegetable will break your overnight fasting for your energy.
09:30-10:30, we will start our first meditation today in the sun time.
12:00-13:05, in the noon time, another meditation for the moment to get alone with yourself.
Vegetarian diet will bring no burden to your body.
16:15-17:15, before sunset, let’s cheer for our inner selves.
The dinner, of course, will be the wellness menu for your body.
Lastly, the last practice of the evening meditation will make you a blessed day!
Day 3 (10Oct) Let the sunshine wakes you up for your bright day! You may plan your own trip in Taitung today, of course, our Mafute partners will assist you to ensure you a pleasant trip in Taitung!
The leader of Our Meditation Camp, Bahulya, mastering in the leading of meditation and tarot reading.
Please be noted about the following information:
- The concept of this camp is about “Love our earth and our body”. We will use the mass transportation in Taitung. We will remind you to bring your own chopstick/knife/fork/Toiletries while staying in Mafute. We will try to minimize the use of air conditioner for less environmental burden to our earth.
- The Meditation Camp package includes 4 Meditation course, 2 breakfast+1 Lunch+2 Dinners, 2 nights hostel accommodation in share basis, 1 guided short trip by mass transportation. Please be noted that meals will be arranged with vegetarian menus. Bedding of the accommodation are subject to our arrangement. Price will be 1900NTD per person, cash only.
- The Meditation camp will be conducted in a public holiday. Train ticket during this public holiday will be ready for reservation on 23Sep (starting from 6:00 till midnight). Kindly check the following page for train schedule and reservation
Besides the train, domestic flights are operated in between Taipei and Taitung. Kindly check the airlines website for reservation:

9:30 那達布拉瑪靜心
那達布拉瑪靜心全程一個小時,共分三個階段。這是一種坐著進行的靜心,透過發出「嗡」的聲音以及雙手的移動,在頭腦與身體之間創造出一種內在的平衡與和諧。這個靜心可以在任何時候進行。最好是空腹進行,且在靜心後至少保持15分鐘的靜默。

Nadabrahma Meditation
Nadabrahma meditation lasts for one hour and has three stages. It is a sitting method, in which humming and hand movements create an inner balance, a harmony between mind and body. Suitable for any time of the day, have an empty stomach and remain inactive for at least fifteen minutes afterwards.
“So in Nadabrahma, remember this: let the body and mind be totally together,
but remember that you have to become a witness. Get out of them, easily, slowly,
from the back door, with no fight, with no struggle.” Osho

If the division is there, then it is an exercise: good, healthy, but it cannot be said to be spiritual. It is just a simple dance. Dance is good in itself – as far as it goes it is good. After it, you will feel fresh, young. But it is not meditation yet. The dancer must go, until only the dance remains…. Don’t stand aside, don’t be an observer. Participate!
And be playful. Remember the word playful always – with me it is very basic.” Osho

之後我們搭公車 到山裡茶園騎單車
環保而有機的享受小眾裡的安靜下午
Day2 10月9日 早晨6:00 空著肚子 用純印度式梵唱叫醒我們的身體
早晨 6:30 享受漫靈魂蔬食水果餐
早上 太陽時間 9:30- 10:30 作一個開始的靜心
中午 12:00 -13:05 太熱的大中午另一段靜心 享受只有自己 的片刻
中午也有一樣 不傷害的開心蔬食餐點
太陽快要下山的 16:15 - 17:15 一起來向內在致敬
晚上 也有以和平為主的健康食蔬餐
最後 21:30- 22:30 由最晚的靜心練習跟你自己說晚安
Day3 10/10 睡到太陽叫你 然後可以練習安排自己的旅行
